Technology is changing the very fabric of our educational system, empowering individual students to direct and enable their acquisition of knowledge and skills. CURRENT POSITION
Director of Technology and E-Learning, American International School – Riyadh
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — 2009-Present
As the Director of Technology and E-Learning at AIS-R, a K-12 school serving 1500 students, and as a member of the Leadership Team and Learning Office, I oversee all student and adult learning with technology. I work alongside the Director of Learning in leading change, planning curriculum, and directing professional learning programs for faculty and staff. I am a learning leader, coordinating technology in all aspects of school life.

Instructional Technology Director, Dubai American Academy, Dubai, UAE — 2008-2009
As the K-12 Technology Director at DAA, a school of over 2000 students, I managed the computer network, servers, and all technology related systems in operation at the school. As a member of the Administrative Team, I supported students, teachers, staff and the administration with technology curriculum development, planning and leadership. I successfully implemented a 1:1 laptop program, transitioned the faculty and staff to a new Learning Management System and worked closely with the Curriculum Director to facilitate a Professional Learning with Technology program.
